The Galley Information System is to monitor various things that are running in the galley.
- Display and monitor temperature of the freezer side of the cold chest.
- Display and monitor temperature of the refrigerator side of the cold chest.
- Allow for LP gas to be turned on utilizing a electronic valve at the tank.
- Sense for the presence of LPG in the bilge and if detected shut off the LPG at the tank.
- Sense for carbon monoxide and alarm if detected.
