• The diesel fuel leak at the bottom of the cabin heater should be repaired.
  • The diesel fuel tank for the heater should be vented to the vessel exterior.
  • The deteriorated Type IV PFD should be renewed.
  • Visual distress signals should be placed on board.
  • A horn should be placed on board.
  • The HIN should be corrected on the Coast Guard document.
  • The frozen through hull valves should be freed and lubricated.
  • The deteriorated port deck drain hose should be renewed.
  • The deteriorated galley sink drain hose should be renewed.
  • The deteriorated forward toilet overboard discharge hose and hose clamps should be renewed.
  • The deteriorated forward toilet flushing water intake hose should be renewed.
  • The auxiliary engine coolant leak should be repaired.
  • The steering hydraulic fluid leak under the aft cabin berth should be repaired.
  • The rudder post packing gland should be scaled of corrosion and repacked.
  • Install overcurrent protection for the primary DC bus.
  • Install overcurrent protection for the inverter battery power supply.
  • Install a battery switch in the positive battery cable to the inverter.
  • Install a proper case ground for the inverter.
  • Install a solenoid shut off valve for the galley stove LPG supply.
  • Install a pressure gauge adjacent to the propane regulator.
  • Seal the openings in the propane locker from the vessel interior.
  • The toilet discharge valves should be renewed and set to the holding tank position.
