Elisa’s House of Pies and Restaurant in Deming New Mexico is a little place located between south Gold avenue and south Silver avenue. We parked in the Wells Fargo Bank parking lot right in front of Elisa’s. We were greeted as we came in and sat down to an empty restaurant. 
Elisa’s has been there for about 10 years. They are retired and they got bored so they opened a restaurant. This was their first “Friday” that they had ever taken since they opened, meaning that they were going on a vacation starting tomorrow and that their son would be running the restaurant for the next couple of weeks.
They didn’t have any coffee ready yet but it wasn’t long we were holding a cup. Wanting a regular american style breakfast I had 2 eggs scrambled, bacon, hash browns, and biscuit. 
Everything was done correctly and fresh. The biscuit was fresh made.
This is a pleasant place to have breakfast and next time I will be trying the southern breakfast.
