We stayed here at the end of April 2019. This wasn’t my first choice but through a fault of myself I had not made a reservation at the rv park I wanted to stay at and when I called a few days before we wanted to stay there they had no spaces available.
This was one of our longest driving days we have done, 316 miles and 5+ hours from Van Horn RV Park. To make matters worse the day before, Wednesday, was when we had gone to Carlsbad Caverns and we hadn’t returned back to the 5th wheel until 10 pm that night.
