Luna Rossa Winery is an American winery in Deming, New Mexico. It owns New Mexico Vineyards, the largest vineyard in New Mexico.
Luna Rossa was founded by Paolo and Sylvia D’Andrea in June 2005.
Our visit to Luna Rossa Winery
We visited Luna Rossa two times. It is located at 3710 West Pine Street just down the road from 81 Palms Senior RV Park about 1.2 miles. The first time we drove to the winery as the wind was blowing about 20 miles per hour against us. The second time we rode our bikes there. While the ride there was a little against the wind the trip back was with the wind.
The first time I decided to do a red wine flight and Lisa had a mixed wine flight. While some of the wines were not our favorites none were bad and some were excellent. I especially enjoyed the Tempranillo.
If you are in Deming New Mexico I recommend visiting this winery. The people are pleasant and the wines are good.
